  1. Payment Policy

    • Wallet Management: Customers can only add money to their WashGenie wallet through our secure payment gateway. Wallet funds can be used to avail of our services and are non-refundable.

  1. Cancellation Policy
    • Customer Cancellation: Customers can cancel their service booking 2 hours before the scheduled service time without any penalty. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled service time will incur a 25 % cancellation fee.
    • Cancellation by WashGenie: In the unlikely event that we cancel a booking, customers will be notified immediately and any pre-paid amounts will be refunded to the customer’s wallet.
  1. Refund Policy
    • Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are applicable only if the service is not rendered as per the booking or in cases of cancellation by WashGenie.
    • Refund Process: Eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment or to the WashGenie wallet as per customer preference. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days.
    • Non-Refundable: Amounts added to the WashGenie wallet and promotional credits are non-refundable.
